How Children Grow

Children grow and learn in different ways at different stages. In the early years, learning is shaped by connection, curiosity and the development of strong relationships. As students move into adolescence, confidence, identity and voice become increasingly important — particularly for girls. Firbank is designed with this progression in mind.

Our Junior Campuses

Two junior pathways — one Firbank experience

Firbank offers families a considered choice of junior school environment, while remaining part of one connected school community. Students across all campuses share facilities, events and learning and development experiences.

ELC to Year 6

Turner House, Brighton

A girls-only environment from the earliest years, closely connected to our Senior School (just across the road), where confidence, independence and leadership begin to develop from day one.

A strong foundation for every child

At Sandringham, boys and girls benefit from a nurturing and engaging early learning experience that supports curiosity, confidence and connection.

Boys who begin their journey at Firbank go on to a range of leading secondary schools, including Brighton Grammar School. Girls continue onto Firbank’s Senior School campus in Brighton. All students are supported by the strong academic and personal foundations developed during their time with us.
