Hanna Graham is an exemplary Firbank Grammar student whose achievements span academics, leadership and co-curricular involvement. Hanna excelled in her studies of English, Chemistry, French and Specialist Mathematics. Frequently recognised for her academic dedication, Hanna earned an Award of Academic Excellence in Years 10 and 11, and was Dux in Years 7, 8 and 9. Her passion and commitment to environmental advocacy was clear in her role as Co-Captain of the Environmental Action Group. An accomplished debater and athlete, Hanna received multiple colours, half colours and pockets across debating, athletics and diving. Hanna was also highly valued as a member of Firbank’s 9/12 Choir.
Eve Wang is an outstanding Firbank Grammar student whose dedication shines in both academics and music. Having previously been recognised with Awards of Academic Excellence in both Year 10 and Year 8, Eve excelled in her Year 12 subjects of Physics, Chemistry, English as an Additional Language, Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics. An exceptional violinist, Eve contributed her talents to Firbank’s Senior String Orchestra and Piano Trio, as well as the Bayside Strings ensemble in her earlier years. Eve’s commitment to excellence and her passion for music make her a cherished Firbank student.
Grace Lewis is a student who has shown commitment and dedication to her studies and school life, during her time at Firbank. She excelled academically, receiving Awards of Academic Excellence in 2022 and 2003. In addition to this, she has received pockets for cricket and cross country, as well as House Colours for her contributions to Tonkin-Clarke. Grace’s all-round ability was acknowledged at Presentation Evening when she was awarded the Prize for Service to the School as Wellbeing Captain, The Art Creative Practice Prize, A Platinum Award, Principal’s Colours and an Award for Academic Excellence. Grace has also been nominated for the VCAA’s Top Arts for her work in Art Creative Practice.
