Firbank Bamboo Coffee Cups
Over the July school holidays, Students in Year 3 to Year 12 were invited to design a piece of art that would be made into a Firbank Bamboo Coffee Cup. The 2 winning designs were chosen and Firbank congratulates Jenae T from Year 8 and Hanna G from Year 7 on their beautiful artwork. These reusable coffee cups are now ready to be purchased with all proceeds going to the development of Firbank’s new Arts Precinct. Firbank's focus on sustainability is a pillar of our School. By making small changes to our everyday behaviour we can make a big difference to the world in which we live. According to Sustainability Victoria, Australians throw away more than a billion single-use disposable coffee cups annually, many of which are plastic lined so cannot be recycled. Firbank’s Bamboo Coffee Cups are biodegradable, perfect for your coffee and look great too. Cups are $10.
