Frequently Asked Questions

What After School Care does Firbank offer?

At our Brighton and Sandringham Campuses we offer a diverse range of after school and holiday programs through Share Community Campus.  To find out more visit http://www.share.vic.edu.au/.

What is our relationship with Brighton Grammar School (BGS)?

Firbank Grammar and Brighton Grammar are sister and brother schools.  We have worked together in a wide range of curricular and co-curricular activities for more than 100 years. The Firbank girls from our two Brighton campuses interact with their counterparts at Brighton Grammar on activities including curriculum days, social evenings, joint drama productions, debating programs, philosophy colloquia, book clubs, sporting and creative challenges.

The boys from our co-educational Junior School in Sandringham often continue their Senior School education at Brighton Grammar. For those who are interested in this, please ensure you submit an enrolment form and pay the application fee.  This is required at least two years prior to the desired entry point. At the same time written confirmation of enrolment must be made to the Director of Admissions Office at Brighton Grammar.  Brighton Grammar will waive the $1,000 confirmation of enrolment fee for parents with boys at the Firbank Sandringham Campus.
