Latest from Year 6
Year 6 have had a busy and fulfilling end to their final year of primary school. In week 5, they held a highly successful PYP Exhibition, showcasing the learning skills, knowledge and independence they have gained from the PYP Program. The exhibition focused on the theme: Who We Are; subject matter which is close to the hearts of most children their age. The students received positive feedback from all visiting parents, students and teachers, with the most common thread being comments regarding the articulation and confidence with which they all spoke about their learning. Now, their attention has turned towards their graduation and the end of the school year. There is great excitement, anticipation and no small dose of nerves regarding what their future schooling journeys will have in stall for them. Whilst many students will continue on at other schools, a sizeable group of girls from the class will enjoy the familiar faces of many of their peers as they commence their first day at the Senior School next year. We all sincerely wish them the very best of luck.
