Registration closes 5 working days prior to the event.

Your registration will be accepted upon receipt of this form. You will be booked in to the course unless notified otherwise.

A tax invoice will be sent to the address provided on this registration 5 working days prior to the date of the course.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days prior notice to the event, the full course fee will apply.
